Naked Dragon respects your privacy and we comply with our obligation under the Data Protection Acts, 1988 and 2003, which will be repealed on the 25th May 2018 and replaced with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
The purpose of this Website Privacy Policy is to outline how we deal with any personal data you provide to us while visiting our website.
By visiting this website, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy. Any external links to other websites are clearly identifiable as such, and we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of these other sites.
TYPE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
We retain two types of information from visitors to our Website…
1. Personal Data
This is data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you and may include your name, postal address, email address, telephone number and birth date. Such information is only collected from you if you voluntarily submit it to us, for example, through our newsletter sign up forms at one of our events, or by completing one of our online sign up forms for our newsletters or blog up-dates.
2. Non-Personal Data
Like most websites, we gather statistical and other analytical information collected on an aggregate basis of all visitors to our site. This Non-Personal Data comprises information that cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as demographic information regarding, for example; user IP addresses, browser types and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of our Site.
PURPOSES FOR WHICH WE HOLD YOUR INFORMATION
(i) We use the Non-Personal Data gathered from visitors to our website in an aggregate form to get a better understanding of where our visitors come from and to help us better design and organise our website.

(a) To provide you with information about Naked Dragon via our newsletters which you can unsubscribe from at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of all our newsletters.
(b) To contact you if required in connection with your enquiry, or to respond to any communications you might send to us.
Any communications submitted online or by email will be subject to the same terms and conditions as those completed by hand in paper form. If any online application forms are included in the Site, you will be notified of any additional specific data protection provisions at the time you complete the relevant application form.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
We may provide Non-Personal Data to third parties, where such information is combined with similar information of other users of our Site.
For example, we might inform third parties regarding the number of unique users who visit our Site, the demographic breakdown of our community users of our Site, or the activities that visitors to our Site engage in while on our Site.
The third parties to whom we may provide this information may include our web site design, development and hosting contractors.

We reserve the right to transfer information (including your Personal Data) to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of our company provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
SECURITY
Your Personal Data is held on secure servers hosted by our Internet Service Provider.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we will take all reasonable steps to protect your Personal Data, the nature of the Internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet.
We do seek your credit card details on the Site for payment for our events and Eventbrite, our external booking service provider, currently processes these details. As we use a third party to process payments for our event bookings, Naked Dragon does not hold any of your credit card details.
You should not send us such data by email unless expressly agreed in person with an authorised individual in this company.

How to Book for a Naked Dragon Event
Please make your bookings for all Naked Dragon events (apart from retreats) by using our online booking from which can be found on the relevant event details page. Payment is processed by Eventbrite and can be made by most credit cards. As payment is processed by a third party, Naked Dragon does not have access to any of your credit card details.
As our talks and workshops are often full – if you have not booked, please do not turn up on the day without having first checked the website to see if there are still places available.
If you are interested in booking for one of our retreat weekends, please email us using the CONTACT FORM stating which retreat you are interested in booking and we will be in touch with further information and payment details.
Cancellation Policy – Talks, Workshops, Sound Experiences & Special Events
All events are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Change of Venue
We reserve the right to change the venue to another venue within a 15 mile radius of the original advertised venue. In this circumstance, no refunds will be offered on tickets already purchased.
Cancellation Policy – Retreats
Due to limited availability and the intimate nature of our retreats, no refunds or transfer options to another event will be given. All deposit monies are non-refundable. In the event of the organisers having to cancel the event, a full refund – minus a £75.00 admin fee – will be given. If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, your place may be transferred to a friend or relative for no additional charge.
Terms and Conditions
Please note that we are currently unable to offer wheelchair access at any of our venues.
You agree to the following when purchasing a ticket to a Naked Dragon event:-
The demonstrations at our talks and event are for the entertainment purposes only and you must be at least 18 years old to attend.
The demonstrations are not appropriate for anyone suffering from epilepsy, clinical depression or any other nervous
or psychiatric condition. Attendance at and participation in the demonstrations is completely optional: if you are offered the opportunity to participate, you should consider your decision very carefully.
The views and beliefs expressed in these demonstrations are not shared by Naked Dragon and other valid views and
beliefs exist.
Naked Dragon disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage or expense suffered in connection with such demonstrations.
By participating in any demonstrations you consent to personal information being discussed in an open forum and potentially recorded and agree that the maximum liability of Naked Dragon, in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, howsoever arising, shall be limited to the cost of admission to the demonstrations save to the extent that such limitation is prohibited under applicable law. This shall not affect your statutory right as a customer.
Patrons must not take photographs, video or audio recordings of any kind at the event.
Patrons must not obstruct any stairway or gangway.
Latecomers may not be admitted into the auditorium until a convenient interval or break in the performance as directed by a member of Naked Dragon staff.
Naked Dragon reserves the right to change the programme due to unforeseen circumstances.
Naked Dragon can accept no responsibility for any loss due to cancellation of any programme or event.
Naked Dragon reserves the right to send away any person who in their judgement is found to be unmanageable or a danger to the safety or enjoyment of others. In this event no refund will be given. Any additional costs and responsibility involved in removing the participant will be borne by the client.
Any and all photographs, videos, or other recorded media may be used by The Company for the purposes of marketing or advertising without any payment or compensation being offered and without any request being made to the featured parties.
No Liability is accepted for:-
Loss of or damage to property belonging to or travelling with the members of any group. For example watches, jewellery, cameras or clothing.
Losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in travel services, sickness, weather, strikes, riots, war, quarantine or any other cause.
Naked Dragon may at any time revise these terms and conditions without notice by posting changes online. It is the
responsibility of users to review all this information at the time of booking. These changes will be effective and binding from when they appear on this site.
Data Protection
We do not pass on your personal information to anyone. We do not sell our mailing list. We do not give your address to talk or workshop leaders without your permission.
