    In our fast paced world of materialism and distraction it is so easy to find oneself on a treadmill and running like crazy just trying to keep up.

    It takes courage to step off of this treadmill, plus the honesty and determination of one person swimming upstream – often against the tide of popular opinion. It takes faith in the self and in life.

    It also requires one to travel the road of the inner journey and to really listen to the voice of the heart.

    Meditation, Reflection & The Music of Lucinda Drayton

    Working with some simple tools and ideas to support us, we will begin the process of unravelling the illusions from the truth.

    Of course we cannot do this in a day. In fact it may take the rest of our lives. But the rewards of a life well-lived are immense as we create a life of meaning and purpose and a heart that is content with All That I AM.

    The day will include teachings, discussion and exercises in small groups plus meditation, reflection and the beautiful music of Lucinda Drayton.

    During Lucinda’s Workshop we will be Exploring…

    • Sustainable Empowerment ~ How to move from Pain to Power…and stay there!

    • Discovering the power of honesty and courage and how these are the two things really needed for this incredible journey
    • Simple everyday tools to bring you more peace and solidity in your life
    • Meditation/ visualisations asking the heart what is really important to us, with live music to deepen and enlighten the experience
    • Easy ways to connect with the source to receive the necessary energy to carry out the next step in our lives ~ accompanied with live music

    There will be plenty of time for discussion and questions, plus lots of laughter and space to relax and ponder.
