    Let’s Explore the World of Sound … and Rediscover The Alchemist of Sound Within You!

    Experience the Deep Relaxation and Healing Qualities of the EXQUISITE SOUNDBATH, using Tibetan Singing Bowls, Hang, Shamanic Drum, Rainstick, Sansula and Vocal Toning.

    Singing Mantras; we come together in heart song, improvising and crafting our creations into chants and songs, flowing into Shamanic Trance Dance with the ethereal sound of Bodhran Drum (Celtic Shamanic Drum) as we explore the ancient pathways within the Heart Beat of the Drum.

    Using pure vocal tones, we will bathe in the Sacred SoundScapes as we learn how use the body’s natural tuning instrument, the voice, to clear the charkas and instill a healing resonance throughout the body.

    Keys to the Fundamental Elements of Sacred Sound

    Toning: this is the art of tuning the body on a cellular level using vocal tones, these vocal tones resonate with the body’s molecules, balancing and releasing blockages,  clearing and balancing the Chakras.

    Chanting: finding your own personal sound within ancient repetition of words and sounds representing “God”

    Mantra:  singing songs in Sanskrit – a language reserved exclusively for the praise of the divine.

    Shamanic Drumming: exploring the ancient pathways within the heart beat of the drum.

    Sound Bath: is the art of Sacred Surround Sound, creating exquisite soundscapes.

    An Interactive Solstice Concert with Katie Rose

    This special evening of song, chant and soundbath, will allow you to unfold the petals of your heart and soul and voyage into the depths of midwinter.

    Katie Rose will lead a vibrant chanting and sounding session followed by a performance of her songs and a soothing, resonant sound bath.

    Solstice marks the shortest day of the year, where we encounter the deepest midwinter darkness whilst celebrating the movement towards lighter days.

    As such it offers us a wonderful opportunity to find the buried treasures within the caves of our being – to search out the light within the dark, the healing within the wound, the gift within loss.

    This evening of midwinter celebration and exploration will use the magical power of song and sound to connect, strengthen and uplift us at this powerful time.

    Using chant, song and mantra from global tradition, we will liberate our heart song and bathe in the resonant tones of gong, singing bowls and instruments.

    No previous experience of singing necessary, just an open heart and listening ears!

    Heartfelt singing enables us to step into a space of free expression where we can transform inhibition into liberation and experience loving connection within and without.

    Our stunning venue is a beautiful private stately home set in 150 acres of Sussex countryside and 15 acres of formal gardens with a lake, a labyrinth, an outdoor heated swimming pool and tennis court.

    You are very welcome to bring a picnic lunch and spend some time exploring the gardens, or to sit peacefully in one of the many lovely nooks and crannies tucked away in shaded corners around the grounds following following a morning of wonderful chanting and healing music.
